@aliciabrissou I never thought about that. To be honest I always thought that Roland had it in him that he could do it by himself and in 00 he realized that he needed Curt more than he thought he did. :(

@CelesteK I think its the exact opposite. He acts cold to hide the fact that it really did hurt, like a defense mechanism.

@Kiinell Roland was the pretty straightforward in one interview where he says the mistake people make is seeing him on TV and "...thinking I'm a nice guy, when really, I'm a bastard..." I believe him...he's his own man, a perfectionist and wants things his way. Those characteristics will alienate many, but ultimately is a great part of why his music and Tears for Fears were so successful, and continue to be one of the few live concerts that are as good today as they were 30 years ago.

I love this interview. He's so cool. To me, he's very down to earth. And that's rare for such an incredibly talented artist.
