In this video are some sample footwork and steps to add into your jump rope routine, which will increase your dance skills, footwork, steps, style, cardio and more.
- Basic hop with jog in place.
- Basic hop with walk step(in place) cross in front.
- Basic one foot hop with toe heel combination cross in front and behind.
- One foot hop side to side switch legs.
- Two feet hops side to side(Skiing moguls)
