do you think she will have got a deductoin for that sit spin in her steps? i know she wouldnt have mean to do a sit or would it be classed as a twizzle?

It's definitely not ethnicity.... Umm look at our top 4 at Worlds this year. That explains a lot... But I never understood the nationals stuff either. Although Caroline does make some mistakes at nationals, she really should be ahead of some of the competitors. What happened to her last year at nationals in the short was unprecedented. But what can you say, the whole panel is dumb.

Well, let me put it this way why I don't think all figure skaters should copy one another. Each figure skaters are unique. Caroline has a different way of expressing artistry. We don't want to see figure skaters copying each other when they can bring their own individual contribution to the sport. I feel that excessive copying will ruin the quality and the component of the sport. One can be inspired but one has to contribute her own unique personality to the beauty of figure skating.

I admire her jumping ability. I admire her pearl spin, and spirals. However, she seems like she bored when she skates. She needs to be more expressive. I do think, though, that she should have been in 2nd after the short, ahead of Flatt and behind Czisny.

i love how so many are doing the inside/outside spiral sequence a la michelle kwan. man i miss her skating
