Basically the IS200SE and Sport have an external amp as standard. The rear speakers have 2 different impedences, a 2ohm and a 4ohm. To fit an aftermarket stereo in the past all the speakers and wiring had to be changed this basically bypasses the OEM amp. So you now have a working ISO connector using the OEM speakers and wiring. Takes around 15mins to install whereas changing the speakers can take 1/2 a day.

Video wasn't meatn for you. Basically its an aftermarket stereo installed in an IS200 with standard speakers all round. This has been impossible to do before now.
