BrainJuicer®, a leading market research agency, transforming the way market research is done, announced today the appointment of Federico Trovato as Chief Client Satisfaction Officer. Federico will join the company's Executive Management Team.

BrainJuicer now works internationally with 11 of the world's top 20 companies, along with many other multinationals and the company continues to build credibility as a global partner for its 'Juicy' solutions and win international mandates from the world's biggest companies. Federico's experience at Procter & Gamble, as a vice president at Nielsen BASES and as Head of Consumer and Market Intelligence at Philips will take BrainJuicer's global account capabilities to the next level and help fuel the company's already impressive growth with multinational clients.

Federico will also be leading BrainJuicer's newest 'Juicy' product, SatisTraction®; which uses the multi-award winning, FaceTrace®, to measure emotions and provide a radical new way to capture customer and employee satisfaction. Having completed successful international trials with HSBC, and other clients in financial services, retail and telecommunications, Federico's appointment signals the company's intention to make SatisTraction® a major product in the company's 'Juicy' portfolio. Having been responsible for customer satisfaction at Philips, Federico is ideally qualified to lead the company's ambition to make SatisTraction® the market leading way to capture customer and employee satisfaction.
