the main point in any training is to make techniques automatic, without you having to think. Its partially a training video, not Rambo film and its aim is not to amaze you. After 3 years of training you wont be thinking, you'll be automatically kicking ass...in any phisical contact arts. Have some respect, unless you've met any of them and proved you're better. Otherwise you're full of shit.
