Things are reaching the boiling point in Melbourne after residents said they're out hundreds of dollars because their cars are getting towed from a public street.
People are pointing fingers, not at the towing company, but at a homeowners association, WESH 2 News reported.
There aren't any cars parked on the street in one Melbourne neighborhood because the homeowner's association started having the cars towed. But the association isn't allowed to do that, because it's a public street.
Samantha Vann, a young mother and nursing student, could not believe the price of getting a car back from a towing company -- $175 a day.
"I'm very angry. I mean, we're working hard students," Vann said.
