I'll admit, the first time I heard this song on the radio, I couldn't really tell if it was ZBB or Darius, because I've heard songs that are very much the same as this by both of them. While there are similarities between this song and It Won't be Like This for Long, there are also many similarities between this song and Highway 20 Ride. So, it's not like ZBB ripped off Darius or anything; they're entitled to a few similar notes and/or chords. :)
