So this Needtobreathe song that's been stuck in my head combined with a really good sermon this morning inspired me to put this little combination together. Um, the lay em down song part is G, D, G, G7, C, D, G... it's all the same basic chords really throughout

there's one little bridge that starts goes C, G, C, G, Em7, D, C- G

not complicated though, hope that helped!
