@jbatterson Him, if you're five feet tall and weigh 120 lbs, will lifting the hang glider be a HUGE PROBLEM for you when launching or landing? If so, can you use an aerotow instead?

I did, I took him to the place where this was filmed and he took a tandem flight with an instructor(there is a video of him in my videos... this one is me).

do you need licenes for these? how much does hang gliders cost?

The cost of training to be able to fly solo is generally in the neighborhood of $1,000-$1,500, and a full setup (harness, glider, helmet, variometer, etc.) can run anywhere from $3,000 (used) to $10k+. Google USHPA for more info.
