  • @joshryker Yeah. If you haven't smoked ganja before your cup of tea. You haven't really tasted green tea. ;P

  • I brewed mine incorrectly, I didn't put the alarm clock on top of the kettle.

  • is green tea a good source of iron i have pi lo chun green tea what could you tell me about it TY

  • i love green tea but i not only drink it i eat the tea leave's after its a good source or iron and fibre

  • if you are trying to lose weight along with healthy eating how many cups of green tea should one consume a day

and to brew means to just leave it for 2-5 minutes with container shut ??????

  • You also forgot to smoke six kilograms of ganja before you started, unlike this 'expert'.

  • you don't know how to do chinese tea dude !! start by buying a yixing tea pot, at least !!

  • I'd tried brewing green tea the past once & it tasted disgusting, but only because i didn't know about the 'don't boil the water' & 'don't over-steep' rules. I've just begun to try it again & made a few awful cups at first, tasting terribly metallic, but they're getting better at each time I make the tea. I doubt I'll move back to the black tea with milk now I've gotten a taste for green tea.

  • personally I like to brew from 2-5 minutes depending on the variety of green tea and the strength I want it at (5 minutes is good if you're in the mood for stronger tea while 2 is quite delicate). also, I usually steep around 160-170 (180 burns my tongue unless I weight for like 10 minutes. within that time, the intense heat can destroy some of the antioxidants). white tea is usually better steeped from 1-3 minutes at around 160 degrees.

  • how many times can you re-use tea leaves? are the health benefits lessened with more infusions?
