This work is to make possible people who do not possess movement in the superior members to use the computer, making possible that deficient physicists have access to the digital inclusion, bringing an absent benefit in the life of the majority of these people. The electric signals for contraction of the muscles of the eyes, which can be measured as electrical potentials, are acquired through electrodes on the face. These signals are used to movement the cursor of mouse in the computer. Therefore the goal of this work is to be the interface between biophysical stimulus and the computer.
