Time-Aid helps automatically log your non-computer activities in 3 ways.

Automatic Prompt - You can configure Time-Aid to display an automatic pop-up after a period of inactivity on your computer. When you return to your PC, just fill in the note and end the event. You will see that activity in the planner view.

Manual Entry - If you choose not to use the automatic prompt, computer inactivity is displayed a blank in your Planner View. Time-Aid's automatic logging allows you to see what you were doing before and after the blank, making it easier to remember how that time was spent. You can double click in the blocks to add a description if you wish.

Manual Event - When you are going to be away from your computer, you can manually start an event by right clicking the hourglass icon. When you return, end the event and that activity will be displayed in your planner view.
