if you fry it then slide your fork up the ribs they all fall out and it saves you all the filleting time but i want to try this method to impress my friends good job on the video very helpfull

hi i enjoyed your video. BUT you didn't take the "y" bones out so there 4 it is not boneless. the fish are small enough not to though. thx

@Mr1234justin Yes you're right, there are fine bones in the fillets but they will soften up with cooking and are eaten un-noticed. Thanks for being observant & wish you great fishing in 2012!

Great tips and methods.
For all my fish i always cut the stomach fat off just in case there was mercury in the water.
But i guess as long as you cook it properly you should be ok.
