  • Yo' Eliiot~ Speaking of shirt (hoodies) wassup... you making me drive down there to get that?

  • @BusseyEntertainment HA! Bussy Entertainment! yea, I'll send it soon... by that time it'll be summer though! lol

  • I've subscribed to a bunch of strength and fitness channels, and I can honestly say that I get the most excited over a new video from you. My current diet and training lifestyle is just a mishmash of things I've learned from you, and I feel confident taking only the bits and pieces that work for my body and crazy schedule because you really give all the info needed to get WHY things work. As someone with Cystic Fibroses, I'm in WAY better shape than a 27y/o should be. Thanks, dude.

  • @imthamouth thanks man, keep up the great work!

  • @AbsoluteMonarchist I am wearing a t shirt, that says "Defend Freedom". Everything else in your statement (or questions) are based on a story that YOU'VE created out of your personal experiences and imagination. I am wearing a shirt that says "Defend Freedom" along with the website from where I bought it... that's all I have shared with you.

  • was incorrect and also most of the exercises involving the lower back i was doing, i did with inproper form, i have also fallen on that part of my lower back, i always have to go in to the chiro to realign my hips(i think, or something like that, he just lays me on say my right side, left leg forward, right leg extended, arms crosses, and than pushes down, it feels a lot better, but the pain still comes there, u might not be a doctor but i was wondering if u could give me advice, is it over

  • my right glute, trying to explain it, its kinda hard, like moving a little bit higher than where the glute ends and the lowerback starts, its only on that side, doctor(chiropractor) told me to give it 3-6 weeks to heal, he said it was a muscle, i am not sure what it is, i stopped mainly all my leg workouts, and i am doing more core exercises, i was taught in the first years of high school to stick with a workout plan, not knowing that i was an idiot and did mos tof it, had no gains, since my

  • hey Eliiot i was wondering if you could help me out, i am a tall teen, i am 17 and now 195 pounds, i have gained a lot of weight over the past few months, i have also learned a lot over the past 6 years of lifting, i think i have fixed a lot of my problems, i still have a few like psture, but your videos are helping, thanks :). but my lower back really hurts when i deadlift, squat, run mainly anything involving i think the hip, its not like a lower back problem, since the pain comes in above my

  • thank u ;)

you explained the problem very well :)

  • thts an awsome shirt

  • serratus anterior HELPS to stop winging all you are doing with these exercises is fixing the scapula in a non functional position. you say pull back the shoulder blades when the scapula actually rotates upward in an overhead position not down. Sorry dude but these aren't good exercises.

  • do you have like snapping popping sound with this

  • Thanks for posting this video, it really helped fix my shoulder problem that has been occurring for six months.

  • @carlosviscarra1

    And, do inverted row.

  • @carlosviscarra1

I like to do face pulls for rhomboids using a cable system (homemade lol).

Face pulls are great for rhomboids. They can be easily set between push up sets. Try to row to your face or atleast to the upper chest or neck.

Also, I found one tip on T-nation - do 100 band pull aparts every day. Just take a band and pull it apart across your sets, really squeezing those shoulder blades. The band should be light enough that you could do 25 reps without big tireness.
