go and buy a 17.5 motor and run 2s lipo, you could probably keep the car under more control :/

I have same setup on my trf416 almost same car as well, it is impossible to keep it even straight, it breaks differentials and destroy tires in 2 minutes bashing. I gave up.I will use 2s and will setup esc and motor for smoother run otherwise I have to have a bag full of spare parts and tires.

going too fast in a small track is useless actually, i have been in such situation as yours, with a 2s and a 4.5T motor. i now use 10.5T with boost and turbo, fast enough.
