My cockatiel even knows when I'm sad! He comes down and cuddles up next to me being cute and just trying to help me out, he's a big sweety and every day I wake up I always greet him, feed him, and just give him hugs!

my grey HATES it when i get upset. it really affects them. Im in lots of pain and sometimes when he does catch me shedding the odd tear or two, he will sit on my shoulder and lick them away. I try and hide it from him, and he will even scream at me if he hears the 'faintest sound' of Mummy upset. They are very sensitive to the loved ones being unhappy, bless them.
