Just seconds before crossing the finish line, Norwegian rider Edvald Boasson became tangled with Frenchman Biel Kadri and Swiss rider Martin Kohler who was thrown into the barriers. All three went down while 22 year old Peter Velits of Slovakia crossed the finish line first to claim the gold. (CyclingNews, WCSN, WCSN.com)

  • If youre pro but still under 23, can you race espoir worlds?

  • This is not Martin Kohler, it's Matthias Frank

  • A horribly gruesome crash !

  • If you look good to the replay you see that the australian(white with yellow/green stripes) is going to the left, so the dutch rider is forced to go to the left and so they crashed.
