Hagerstown is a disgusting, abhorrent community loaded with pregnant fifteen year olds, racially confused white boys, mudsharks, and 300 pound men who sit on their front porch. There is not a single person in the downtown area that cares about civic responsibility or property values. It has the opportunity to be a great little east coast town, but the residents are uneducated, subhuman trash that are destroying any hope of the town turning into a respectable place to live.
