ok how to you upload replays from NR2003??? cuz it is in a weird format something like RPY and windows media player, quicktime, and realplayer dont work for it

lol, no it hasnt, i bought the game for $103 a onth ago. but i got a question involving CCM. i have it and cant figure out how to use it, so i was wonderin if you could just send me an email on how to use this program, it would be really appreciated!

how do you turn off the restricter plates and the flaps

Flaps are found in the player's ini file or core ini.
The restrictor plate is found in the track.ini file. Every track has one.

I bought it over ebay for a grand total of $8 while everyone was hyped up about the first ever EA game that was gonna come out. When the EA game flopped, majorly, the price for the game soar to $100+.
Since then it has lowered a lot.

That came with pwf's new damage model that was made a while ago.
