SPK Diaries: Episode 15

Episode 15 of the recently-revived Sheffield Parkour Diaries. This episode, made by Ben Nuttall, contains 90% parkour, which is unusual for the diaries, with just 10% silliness this is the highest parkour:silliness ratio seen since the first series.

Yeh cool. Just comes down to practice. Try a very very slow switch/lazy vault, lean back a lot and try and stop yourself (balanced in an L-sit). From there just steadily work up to spinning out of it.

Where exactly are Tapton Flats ? Does any one have directions or are they easy to find ????
