Power Ranch is an active family community with numerous activities and amenities for everyone in the family. The master-planned community has amenities such as two community clubhouses, two community lakes and three pools. The community also features numerous parks, tree-lined streets with 26 miles of trails, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball and basketball courts, an event pavilion and picnic ramadas with barbecues.

Power Ranch is located near Gilbert's eastern boarder on Power Road between Germann and Queen Creek Roads. It is 1,414 acres with a community development plan for 5,400 homes....that's around 15,000 -- 20,000 residents upon completion. Wow!

There are additionally numerous new homes still being built in Power Ranch by the following builders: Element, Engle, KB, Richmond American, Shea, Trend and TW Lewis. Prices for a single family home start around 200K for 1,500 sq feet and go up to 800K for a 5,000 sq. foot home.
