The way to go about it is, to think about reducing overall body fat %.
If you want a strong looking core, you will have to work out your back to keep things balanced and tight.
You have to think of your abs as a cyclinder all around you made of muscle bricks that support your upper body, if you make on side too strong and ignore the other you will be off balance.
I think the front/sides are most important, I do deadlift for the back/legs I find it most enjoyable.

Man I run 30 mins in the gym speed 8.5 after 15 mins I speed up to 9, dose it really help to burn my body fats :/ I wish I get an answer (Sorry for my english though)

@TouchedbyCastiel I learned that you cant target reduce fat, but i dont know, i might be wrong. I would suggest that you do cardio and eat nutritious food.
