You can make a lot of typs of bags for low cost using household things as well as finding used but usable stuff. Military bags duffel bags pillow cases and if you can't get sand or afford it the answers under your feet DIRT! Real cheap to buy or drive in the middle of nowere with buckets and bags. Anyway old cloths blankets pillows whatever along with filled bags and you can make a buch of sandbags to train with things that are most needed are plastic bags for whatever, tape with this your GtoG.
I got a old beat up heavybag that was half full from a friend for free removed a good amount of filling and and used old cloths that were junk. I put these things in sections for balance till it was full it had a easy rope closed top so all I needed to do was get it closed up, removed the chains, now I have a good bag for training all free. For now I'm using it for ground n pound drills, suplexes and throws along with lifts. It ways about 60+, is great for conditioning and explosive training.
I just started with 60 lbs in a military duffle bag. I have 20lbs filler bags that I made and will add one every 2 or 3 months as I get stronger. I'd like to work up to my bodyweight, or up to 200 lbs. It IS damn fun!
Great video. See mine on randomizing complexes
