Arlington, Oregon, I would guess. Soon maybe I want to take a bus trip from Pendleton Oregon to Fort Bragg North Carolina. Thanks for recording the "other" Oregon.

Nice video. I think you may have meant to say the narrow gap at the end is leading into LaGrande. By that time you were a good 30 - 40 miles or more east of Pendleton...
