5 cups water, 4 cups sugar, 4 green cardamoms, boil it together for 15-18 min. turn the heat off.
1 cup Self-rising flour, 2 cups full cream powder milk, 300gm thickened cream,(fresh whipping cream) mix together . Fry balls on md constant heat, add in sugar syrup only when its lukewarm.

  • bohot mazay ke banay thay....24 se zyada magar chat hogaye...Pakistan se meri friends ke inlaws aye aur sab ko bohot achay lagay...tareef meri hui magar ap is ki asal haqdaar hain..Allah ap ko khush rakhay..Humsab ki Bajia...Kuch rishtay aisay hi banjatay hain...Main sab se bari behen hoo ...koi baji nahi...Ab aap hain!

  • @Bajiascooking Actually I did use an egg...it didn't change the taste and I realized that the egg is the secret missing ingredient for a perfect authentic gulab jamuns..It gave it that authentic spongy texture we all are familiar with in a regular gulab jamun ..
