A cute little ditty I performed/recorded on May 24. The Casio has been modified with an onboard Modtone analog delay, although for this performance I used a Behringer FX600, since I think it's grainy, digital tone was more suitable. I ran everything into a nice TC compressor, then to the recording device. :)

  • the drums are great

  • @Tomzworthy Hey, thank you :)

  • ..Love the enchanting vibe of this tune, very whistful and magical. The complex arrangements and textured stacking of sounds is also quite impressive. 10 out 10...this is easily one of the best improv's that I've ever seen posted on youtube. :)

  • @pmsan29 Wow, that's intense! Thank you for the very kind words :)

  • really enjoyed your ditty man.just the ticket.it changed a lot from start to end, which was great,i thought i was back in the 1990's,fantastic.i miss this style of music.thanks for sharing.

  • @irritantable Thank you! I grew up in the 80's, but I didn't start performing regularily until the early 90's, so that makes perfect sense. I cut my teeth on Skinny Puppy, Depeche Mode, d0wnload, LFO, Bigod 20 and the like.. Pretty much anything with synthesizers, lol. :)

  • Right on man

  • Awesome.

  • "A cute little ditty" my ass. This is awesome. I just love the complex drums, the string pad, the beautiful synth sequences, and that full bass.

    Thanks for this badass music!

  • yeah i can tell you have heard good music growing up.and thats a good thing.so many people want to get away from this music and keep progressing with it until its so un recognisable.i cant understant why.i get people saying im still making old sounding tunes.and why dont i make up to date stuff.they dont get it.funny that coz none of them are musical.i noticed you mod a lot of equiptment.nice touch.thanks again.

  • @dandaman337 Hey thank you! I will be traveling soon, and one of the main focuses of my trip is to record/play with new musicians in many cities. One of the major bonuses of the setup that I use is that I can play with any musicians very smoothly; improv comes very easily with these gears. I will keep everyone posted with my travel itinerary. :)
