2. Adagio-Lara Fabian (I sing)

#2 - This is me singing another one of my favorites. I recently discovered Lara Fabian about a month ago. She's a "wow!" I learned this haunting song just a couple of days prior to singing it. This is a VERY hard song to sing! I still have a LOT of work to do on this one. I will admit it's not the best rendition and I botched a few words, but I'm human. I shall improve over time and then upload "new & improved" versions of all the new songs I am learning as I improve, using Lara Fabian and other fabulous singers (and songs) to improve my technique. I simply love YouTube and my goal in this video journal is to use this forum to develop my vocals. I really wish YouTube would let us pick our own thumbnail photos! This one makes me look like I'm in pain! See? :-( I am also learning about being videogenic. Watching yourself on YouTube IS painful. My head looks too big and you shouldn't wear side ponytails when you sing or do crazy things with your lips. :-)

Anyway, I want to be a professional singer one day (or even a background singer because I love harmonies and singing that much). It is my one true passion in life. Great singers amaze and inspire me. Music is therapy for the soul.

Right now, I mostly sing in my bathroom and am quite rusty. But YouTube has given me confidence with all of the great entertainment here, and a few people have been very, very gracious with their comments, which I sincerely appreciate. So as I study, watch and learn, here begins my first video journal. ;-)

You're fired , but I'll be leaniant and explain to you that in music we do not perform other peoples music without written concent.

and if you want that written concent faster , you're going to need to get better than this.

start be realising you know nothing about music , then get a teacher who knows better than to call this an adagio.
