Surgery of the pancreas

Surgery performed at Special hospital "Filip Vtori", Skopje, Macedonia.
Removing part of the pancreas or whole pancreas according to disease that is surgically treated. Removing the head of the pancreas with part of the surrounding organs is performing, can be removed just the tail of the pancreas most often in block with spleen and if there is a need, total pancreatomy is made - complete remove of the gland often due to tumors or broad inflammation. Surgical procedure is quite complicated and is preformed in adequate surgical institutions.
