Heartbeat Sequel [A Jemi Story] Chapter 1

Joe: Demi, we are married.
Demi: I know that, obviously. It's just not the same. I can't stand too close to you in public, I can't kiss you in public, I can't wear my wedding ring. Sometimes I hate this life, but then I think of my fans and the music and it kinda disappears, but at the end of the day it is what it is. Rosey lives with your mom and dad an hour away and we are rockstars that are pretending we aren't what we are.
Joe: I know, I hate lying to everyone too but when the record label signed us they told us the guidelines, and it was a part of it.
Demi: But everyone thinks we are together anyways.
Joe: I know, they see us shopping together or eating out together and automatically assume we're dating.
Demi: Yeah and they don't even know the half of it.
Joe: Well, you know Ellen is going to ask in the interview today. She's going to try to make things awkward.
Demi: Let's tell.
Joe: WHAT?
Demi: Not that we're married with a kid, just that we're dating.
Joe: We can't do that.
Demi: Yes. We can. And we're going to.

(The Ellen Degenerous Show)

Ellen: Okay, I know you two are going to hate me for this but just tell me...what is up with THESE? *points to the tv screen in the middle of them, 10 pictures show up all of Joe and Demi. Some of them eating out together, others of them hugging tightly and one of Joe kissing Demi's cheek.*
Joe: Where'd ya get that...?
Ellen: *points to the one of him kissing Demi's cheek*That one? The internet, so it's photoshopped.
Joe: *quiet*
Ellen: *looks at Demi*
Demi: *giggles*
Ellen: Look at her Joe, you two are definitly together.
Demi: We didn't say that.
Ellen: So you two are just friends?
Joe: We didn't say that either. *holds Demi's hand*

[A/N: Nick and Kevin are there too because it is the "JONAS BROTHERS" and "DEMI LOVATO"]

Nick: *whispers in his ear* I think you just blew your secret.
Ellen: What was that, Nick? Talking about your girlfriend, huh?"
Kevin: Nick doesn't have a girlfriend.
Joe: Yeah if he did it would make his wi--
Kevin: *elbows him in the stomach*
Joe: Ow! *quickly thinks of an excuse* It would make his women fans very jealous.
Nick: *nods softly*
Ellen: So what's this?
Nick: *looks at the TV at a picture of him and Miley kissing, it was from when they were in highschool*
Ellen: Are you dating a fan Nick?
Nick: *feels like he's about to cry*
Demi: That's not a fan, that's an old friend of ours. She's not with us anymore.
Ellen: Oh, sounds like a bad fight.
Nick: *quitely*She died.
Ellen: Oh, i'm so sorry.
Nick: *puts himself together*No, it's okay. Don't even worry about it.
Ellen: So, how's the wedding planning going, Kevin?
Kevin: It's going good.
Ellen: And Demi, you're going on tour with the brothers this summer, right? Are you excited?
Demi: Yeah, I'm really excited. But I have to share a tour bus with these three. They're going to be pranking me the whole time, but i'm happy cause I turn 22 during our show in Tampa."
Ellen: Wow, that should be fun.
Joe: Yeah, she's getting pretty old.
Demi: *lets out a hoarse laugh* Hey, i'm a year younger than you, grandpa!
Joe: *scrunches up his nose and puckers his lips*
Demi: *pecks him lightly, causing the crowd to go ballistic*
Ellen: So there you have it, the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato! And it is confirmed, Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato are in fact, an item! We'll see you after the break!
