  • TY! Great video... this model is the best and most reliable printer I have ever owned. Recently I've had some printing issues and determined it was just dirty heads, etc.

and bigmoney66b is kind of an 'ass'. Just sayin'.

  • Thanks for the rubbish video - You should have showed how to disassemble the printer, don't assume everyone knows how to, I can't be arsed with those half baked videos !!!

  • YOU SHOULD NEVER USE TAP WATER or a HAIR DRIER!!! If desperate... you can flush with warm distilled water. But sounds like you may have TRAPPED AIR? So remove a little ink from cartridge...Then place tube/syringe over ink inlet post and inject a little untill flushed, but do not empty syringe, otherwise it will reoccur. Then insert inks and test print. But easiest way it to use a Magic Inkjet Flush Kit (See Ebay) as the unclog kits for Epson come with a free Dr.EpSUN Refill Tool to do it.

  • I see a white 'arm' with string that can lift the head-cleaning--unit but I dont remove the block. Please give me a little bit more instruction to fix it my printer !

  • Is it possible to move out the 'head cleaning unit' from the printer without to disassemble the whole printer ? I have the same problem, but i think it's too difficult for me to make the entire process.

I find another video instruction how to set an outside 'homemade' waste ink tank, but I have to clean the heads and , mentioned unit the reason of error.

  • Yess!! Seriously just saved big money by not buying a new printer. Very easy!! No longer afraid of cheap ink messing up printer.. I'll just clean it!!

  • A very insightful post. Thanks for the info.

  • i done that but now my printer printing white paper no photo on it.why this happen?

  • bet you was a twat taking things apart when you was little lol

  • I know this video is almost 3 years old, but when you took it apart, did you notice whether there was some sort of foam pad that maybe wiped underneath the printer head during the cleaning porcess? Thanks
