Hmmm... why wouldn't he wear a digital watch? It's not like he's supposed to explain the industrial process from a different era. That isn't traditional Xhosa dress either.
A more glaring error is the narrator's mispronunciation of "Xhosa". The xh sound is not the same as c and requires a click.
