Honda should use vtec and develop turbo systems to work with them from the factory. That in my opinion would make for some outstanding performance. I've never been a huge honda fan, but looking at aftermarket turbo kits on nsx's, preludes, civics you name it and I think they could have gone a different route and kept a lot of their fuel efficient but powerful concepts.
@AngrySackBoy they can make a v12, during the 90's, the years of aryton senna's reign he's honda was a turbocharged v12. If you go on m5board.com they have an e30 m3 that has a v12 swap, it rips alot of cars. I also thought the nsx would then actually become a ferrari.
@YiMMA2k5 Why? The engine wouldn't even fit for one, and for two, that kind of goes against everything honda has established since the company started. Why sacrifice everything when V-Tec can do it, and twice as good, at a quarter of the cost. Counter-production doesn't work.
The biggest mistake ferrari ever made in building their cars back in the day was their gated shift pattern, its near impossible to shift those things fast.
Id have to agree that the guy in the Ferrari didnt know how to drive it. Bouncing it off the rev limiter does kill time u know.

It wouldn't hurt Honda if they designed a 5.0L V8 engine for the NSX.
