@sadienardini I have a question though about the pelvic floor. I have very strong abs which have overwhelmed my PF I think. Why is there so little cues or talk about the PF, it's all abs, and this is not core on its own. I am searching for somebody who has a sense of what I mean and knows how to talk/cue the PF in poses, and I don't mean just yelling 'use your PF' - lol.

Wow! a seven minute salutation...
I'm trying this at home tomorrow morning. I hope I can remember everything.
One queston Sadie. When you jump in to Crow you appear to be hanging as if in slow motion. Do you have any suggestions steps to take to achieve this kind of core control?

SADIE!!!
I have been trying to hold the crow pose only on my hands for a while now. But just now i slowly pulled up and i finally held it for about 4 seconds!!!! Thanks for your great videos, you inspire me!!
Thanks again!!!!

wow that is really difficult! I think I really need to build up my arm strength because I can't go from down dog to crow! too hard and a bit scary!
You're really inspirational though!

That jump will build so much strength for your other poses, and courage too! ROCK it!

Hello Sadie!
Thanks a lot for this awesome session!!! I'm huge fan of arm balances (since I've been able to do them LOL), and this is just perfect for me!
Namaste,
Lena

Hello Miss Sadie. I get inspired watching all your videos. I have a back pain. Do you think if i will try Yoga my back pain will be relieved?
longblackshinyhair 3 years ago
Yoga is one of the best ways to relieve back pain. I used to have debilitating sciatica, now it's gone. Just use your abs a lot, pull in the navel while you work and keep that tailbone long so your low back doesn't take the pressure of the poses. You'll love what it does for your body!
