I made this romper to go with my Pikachu hat for the Anime Convention. It's simple, easy and definitely comfortable to wear.

yay! so if I wanted to just make a pair of sequin shorts I could easily do it like how you did the bottom of the romper. I think I'm going to use a pair of old shorts that shrunk as my template bcus then they'd be booty shorts ;) but how would I do it so that the shorts are high waisted?
