..there is a little difference..In Koshi-guruma (Hip Wheel) Tori have to put his Hips more "out", accentuating the rotation to left(after tai-sabaki) and bending more his body.
-
cool and are there any differences in the execution of the technique aside from that?
-
In O-goshi u put your arm under uke's arm, grappling the back; In koshi-guruma tori put his arm around uke's neck.
-
Can someone please tell me the difference between o-goshi and koshi-guruma?

This video comes from Kodokan Judo. There are torrents around the net, but only in B&W.

does anyone know what video or dvd these clips are from?

The only dislike is the guy that's Uke in the video

I loved the detail

@Thraxter Not only do they have a different grab, the hip movement is also different. See for instance O goshi vs. uki goshi. In the former you step in fully, with legs pretty much in front of opponent's, and squat down like you're doing weight lifting, loading him onto your back. In uki goshi however, you stand more to the side, only using parts of one buttock and hip in a twisting motion while being more standing.

They're all hip throws with a different grab, very informative.
THANKS FOR THESE WONDERFUL VIDEOS.
