  • yeah it will i think capcom plans to get resi back to its roots of what made it so great to begin with

but if they were to keep a slightly similar combat system that 4 and 5 had with the good old fashion zombies and dear god puzzles lots and lots of puzzles then maybe just maybe will capcom be seen as the master of horror games as they once were

  • did he just get owned by a bird

see all

  • Really wish you would all realise they had to change the gameplay, ooh fixed camera angles on the xbox 360. Capcom would look professional there..

  • that sucks, no one deserves to die like that, especially like that....He didn't even know WTF was going on.

  • thumbs up if you think resident evil is the only sustainable video game-movie series yet

  • つまらんw

  • @DimensionalIce There are two types of RE fans, my friend; the type that have embraced the revamp and the butt-hurt, die-hard fans who thought the game shouldn't have changed ways. I'm the latter, so let's just agree to disagree. You and I will never come to a agreeable conclusion on this subject. ;) Honestly, I'm glad you like the new style. I wish I did too, then I wouldn't have to farewell one of my favourite -if not my MOST favourite -game series of all time.

  • @HowDyaYouLikeMeNow But it was Capcom's decision to make the game into a shooter type game. In case you didn't know, Resident Evil 6 is coming out. They have a trailer out on YouTube. They used the survival horror theme for a long time. Resident Evil 1,2,3, Zero, Code Veronica, and even the Outbreak series. I do like the older games too, don't get me wrong. But it all comes down to opinion on whether you like something or not. Although it is a fact about puzzles and weapons.

  • @DimensionalIce Actually it dumbed down on story, took out all of the puzzles removed any need to think about what weaponry you would use and how for ammo management and generally took everything that was Resident Evil out of Resident Evil. You want a shooter? Buy a shooter. Why make Resident Evil into Gears of War? The formula was already stale by RE: 5. Great revamp. Now they better try revamping it again.

  • I remember watching this when i was like 10. It literally made me have to run out of the room, cuz i was so scared.

  • Man that was one fucked up way to die!

  • @HowDyaYouLikeMeNow Pretty much just like the older games. All you did in them was wander around in pre-rendered backgrounds shooting zombies and monsters while trying to find some item, switch, location, or person to continue forward. Resident Evil 4 was a step forward if you ask me and it set the stage for other action shooters that use the same camera and aiming style for their games. By the way, in 4, there are no zombies. They are called Ganados,
