  • Are you using a distortion pedal?

If not, thats among the best amps I'm gonna hear in a long while. Why are they all discontinued?

  • @BandanaWedgie No pedals!! I wish I never sold it! it was a fun amp!!! I love the sound you can get for cheep!!

  • Someone has it for 30 bucks on craigslist close to me. Should I get it?

  • @THESHREDSHED I've got my GT1200H now, but it does need a noise gate :P I also have a Marshall 8200, I prefer the sound of that as I like the heavier thrash metal/old school death metal tones, but it's still a great amp

  • lucky duck

  • i have two gt1200h's and I love them.

  • i'm very lucky to have one. there no longer available. GT1200H IS ONE OF THE MOST VERSATILE AMPS OUT THERE. AND IT WILL MATCH VERY VERY WELL WITH ANY TUBE AMP THE CRATE GT1200H IS A LOT BETTER THAN A LOT OF TUBE AMPS OUT THERE TODAY.

  • sweet vid man!

crate has made some pretty amazing solid state amps in their history :-)

    amazing tone.

  • good 1
