Yah ok they have a similar part at the start of the chorus but then it goes off into totally different runs! Your the idiot! you can definitely hear the similarities between this and Love Is On The Way, and it's possible that that song influenced the writing of this one... but that's where it ends, it's going to far to say that this is "copied" or "stolen"

@summerfireflywishes Basically nothing?? Did you even listen to the chorus?! Lol=)Same harmony, same melody, same key, almost identical sequence. I dont' care much for that other band, but chances are, Hedley was highly influenced by that band (Jake loves 80's); it's not uncommon for mainstream artists to take layers from other artist's songs, not on purpose HOPEFULLY. I've had this situation when I got writer's block. You can legally take musical compositions (not the words), but only sections.
