hey una animalada de endodoncia quien t enseño que hay que iniciar de esa forma y ademas la ampliacion no es la adecuada corres serio riesgo si aplicas esa tecnica d fracturar las limas tanto la rotatoria como la manual para la proxima lee los instructivos de las limas y asi no cometes errores tan grandes como los que publicas ..sorry pero no me gusto el tratamiento sera para la proxima...
