how do you prevent any cracks when the window expands and contracts? I'm in Toronto, Canada, and I really like what you did, and was planning to do something similar because it's so clean, but was recommended to me not to do it the way I wanted due to window expansion.

@sukaboy00 I caulk where the window edge and the drywall meet after the drywall is primed, before the final coats of paint.

I'm sorry, I thought everyone could see how I took joint compound out of the tray with a drywall knife and spread it on the cornerbead between the window and the corner. I then pulled it across the length. Afterwards, I scraped the left over off and did a first coat on the outside edges, the same way, but with a 8 inch blade. Aterwards, I took a small piece of the rounded corner bead and scraped the extra off the bead around the window. I repeated the process two more times after each coat.

praising God while drywallin, awesome bro! did you countersink the thickness of the cornerbead into the drywall, or does the joint compound mask the thickness enough you can't notice?
