actually if you look.the razor wire is on the inside top of the fence.which indicates it is intended to hold people in rather than keep them out.not saying its a prison camp,just saying it does seem to be for detention by the looks of the razor wire.

There is a fallacy committed in this argument called complex question.
Notice how the author of the video is never making any claims, and only shows you two photos of a gate and a fence. Then the question is posed "Could this be for civil unrest or illegal aliens?" The question assumes that this is what this "facility" is for, however, proof for the claim isn't shown. I think it is an insult to intelligent human beings that these rumors spread in the first place. Ask the RIGHT questions!
