Dell XPS m1730 unbox

Me unboxing my laptop, never bought anything from new, so this was a big deal.

Specs are:-
Intel dual core T7500
nVidia 8700m SLi (x2)
Agiea physx processor
2gb RAM
200gb SATA disk

@SLIPBFMV Check the performance power options, and set to "high performance" and see if it exhibits the same issues.

@GBUKMilo It is, and ive had it that way for a very long, time ive had the machine for over 2 years, and i dont have any sort of software other than two games, I also seem to have constant high cpu usage, without any open applications, any help?
