A work in progress

I've been working on some bit pop music lately, and wanted to get some opinions. This is a short excerpt from the middle of one track.
The video is something I knocked together using a clip of Mr Bean I found, just another idea I've been wanting to try out.

Update: I don't know why, but YouTube displays this video in something like 16:9, which cuts off the top and bottom. Eh, there isn't anything happening there anyway.
