So...a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, I said that these were the stupidest toys ever. It was around the same time I thought Gokaiger was horrible. Funny how things work. Well once again I have lied to myself, and thanks to TJ Omega's review on these two, I am now the proud owner of four of these little SOBs. In all honesty, I regret ever bashing this line. There's so much fun to be had with just these two alone, that I can't imagine the combination possibilities once the line is completed.

Overall, these are FANTASTIC toys if you're a Sentai fan with a wild imagination and a knack for building or creating. As a fan of both Power Rangers, Sentai, and LEGO, these toys are honestly a dream come true, and if I had the time, I could honestly sit here for hours and build all sorts of crazy things. The possibilities already seem endless with only four releases, I can't imagine the sort of things one can create when six, eight, or even ten different Mecha are released. For only ¥2200 a pop on AmiAmi, ¥2400 a pop on HLJ, and only around ¥3000 at normal retail (plus the occasional deal at Mandarake) there is no reason to skip these if they appeal to you. Definitely recommended, to both collectors, and parents looking to give their kid a Sentai toy with a lot of creativity.

  • Hurray for Lego-boners!

13:46 Dragon knight is looking at it like "I'm not fighting that!"

  • @ ShukuenShinobi So why didn't you did a review on it

  • @ShukuenShinobi That is Great. I really look forward to watching it

  • @dendariiprime Absolutely agree on that aspect, the design of the mecha do limit certain potential combinations. I tend to think of it as a challenge I have to overcome, but I'm really weird like that. :P I just know by the end of it, there will be so many piece it won't bother me. And likewise! It's always fun to have conflicting opinions with someone who won't rip your head off for not agreeing with them. Rock on. :D

  • @ShukuenShinobi I know you're right, and YES, stickers are a total pain in the ass!!! I do have to reiterate one thing, the combinations are ultimately limited, atleast with muginbine there really wasn't a limit to what you could do. It's a great video though. It's always cool talking to you, you're very fair. Thanks Shuki!!!

  • @dendariiprime That'd be great, except Minipla have obnoxious stickers, and don't function in a way even remotely similar to these. I grew up building things, my number 1 toy when I was little was LEGO. These aren't meant for articulation, that's what Tamashii lines are for. These are for people who like to build and create new things that no one's done before. While I understand and respect your position, have a sense of adventure and have some fun, because that's what these are.

  • @shadow341524 Tomorrow. In fact, it's encoding right now. How's that for service?
