Yeah - keep the $ out of the hands of the politicians, and in the hands of greedy casino owners.
Show me anywhere in the amendment that it guarantees an amount of money that will go to the scholarships, or where it guarantees when these scholarships will be in effect. Thanks for trying to trick the voters of Ohio into voting for your monopoly - way to abuse the democratic system for your own profit.
