hey! I would like to but i'm really awful at explaining myself on things like this. I lef the cam rolling till a car drove past, then ran outside and acted like i'd been hit, cut the footage so the 2 matched up, then as the car was about to hit used the mask tool to cut myself out and move off frame with the car. then applied the blur to my cutout and walla! hope that helps a bit. look up andrew kramer and video copilot, he'll teach you alot including that although his methods are ALOT better!
