A) The pay gap is because women have more time off, not because they are PAID LESS. Bonuses are paid on KPIs, if women aren't getting them, it means they aren't getting the job done.

B) There are less women in top jobs because women aspire to be singers, dancers and models and take degrees in worthless subjects.

Meanwhile women get everything in life because they use emotional blackmail or sex.

It's easy to look and numbers but you have to look at qualitative data as well.

Oh yes and I believe that if Great Britian needed to issue a draft of the people tomorrow (God forbid) that at least 50% of who were drafted would have to be women.

You say that women are not in the top jobs for the top companies well maybe it has to do with something with the families that own these companies that they will put their own in there before anyone else, men or women.

I find it interesting why you are lending your voice to the feminist movement, in all truth what have they done for you other then creat an enviroment where you will be looked over in order to fill quota of women in the workforce or as you have said yourself you will no be allowed to run for your party because they only select women for your area to run again to fill a quota. So you would be ok with the idea that hey a man is not aloud to run here for gov because he is a man.

I have to say that you need to chech out Warren Farrell (a strong proponent of the feminist movement). He has a book out "Why Men Earn More". You take a too simplistic look at the stats Warren will actually go into these statistic more and when you actually to an hourly average men actually earn less.
