not a good setup video......you did not demonstrate appropriate form, did not stop at 6 oclock to show leg bend, and leg "almost straight" is not a good direction for beginners.....foot not even all the way in the toe cage.....:>(

that foot is tipped at nearly a 45 degree angle when you are at '6 o clock'. If you flatten it (the proper form), you'll find your leg IS probably locked. You may wanna fix that :)
