@yamaharider4twizzle Please accept my apologies for the delayed response. Speaker selection will depend greatly on the vehicle. You can see all of the models we recommend for the factory locations by using the “Outfit My Car” section of the Crutchfield website. Once you enter your vehicle information, the website will show you only the models we recommend to fit without significant modifications. @spartanking8 It’s difficult to say with the provided information. The good news is; the Excelon models are covered by a 2 year warranty on both parts and labor. If you purchased the unit from an authorized retailer, you should be covered. Try calling Kenwood for troubleshooting and potential warranty repair/replacement. HTH!--Crutchfield
will this fit in my 03 chevy malibu??
JESUSAZ123 6 days ago
@JESUSAZ123 This model and most others are not recommended as an “Easy Fit” in the 2003 Chevrolet Malibu. The available depth in the factory cavity is too shallow for most aftermarket stereos to fit flush without modifications. Feel free to call for additional assistance: 800.315.0030--Crutchfield

just wondering with the x595 how do you get the colors to sync with your music, also how do you change the color display to what I would want? thanks great product i just couldn't find it in the product manual
espanolaclass2010 6 days ago
@espanolaclass2010 The manual is available as a free .PDF file on the main Crutchfield website. Just type our product number for the stereo (113KDCX595) into the search window on our website. You will find the manual under the "Details" tab in the "What's in the Box" section. This model does not offer color adjustments that synchronize with the music playback. HTH!--Crutchfield

How come my iPod isnt reading through the USB? Should I try and reset the stereo back to factory settings? IF i need to do that then how would i do that?
allmerican5 2 months ago
@allmerican5 Please accept my apologies for the delayed response. I would start by rebooting the iPod itself. This process varies by iPod model. If that does not help you can try resetting the stereo itself. Keep in mind; resetting the stereo returns the unit to the default factory settings which means you will lose any custom adjustments or presets you’ve made. There is a small reset button behind the detachable face next to the face connection contacts. HTH!--Crutchfield
